Mohamed Ishaq is a highly skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist with over six years of
extensive clinical experience in advanced rehabilitation and evidence-based physiotherapy care.
A graduate of Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, he completed his
compulsory rotatory residential internship across multiple specialties, gaining comprehensive
exposure to orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative, and critical care rehabilitation.
He further strengthened his expertise during his tenure at Dr Rela Institute and Medical Centre, a
leading quaternary care multi-specialty hospital. There, he delivered high-quality physiotherapy
services across outpatient, inpatient, intensive care, and transplant units — working closely with
multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
With a vision to provide structured, advanced, and results-oriented rehabilitation services, he
founded Vertex Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehab Centre. The clinic is built on the principles of
clinical excellence, individualized care, modern rehabilitation protocols, and measurable outcomes.
